REGISTRATION TO INTERNATIONAL PROJECTS

To attend the conference, it is requested to pre-register your Project by completing a Registration Form, which includes the participants’ personal information and an abstract of no more than 400 words to the following e-mail address: inscripcion@enjociti.com

The submission deadline of pre-registrations is July 15, 2014

The organizing committee will conduct a review of each submitted abstract to decide if it meets the conditions of a school science project. The organizing committee may send suggestions to achieve the desired characteristics of the project. Once the abstract is approved, the organizing committee will send an email so that each group files its final registration.

Once the registration form is admitted and approved, you will receive an email with the corresponding approval and the accommodation and food conditions.

For the final registration, a file with the "Entire Project" will have to be sent together with the "Coexistence Agreement", the "Parent-Tutor Authorization" (if the students are underage).
The deadline for final registration is July 30, 2014.

At the time of the delivery of credentials and registration of participants, 3 hard copies of the entire Project will have to be provided for the Scientific Review Committee.

The registration fee for foreign Projects is U$S 150 per participant.

This registration includes:

  • Transportation within the program.

  • Food (2 daily meals: lunch and dinner).

  • Participant Kit.

  • Visits to different touristic attractions and outdoor activities.


As to your Accommodation


The responsible for your accommodation will be the travel agency “Barbini Turismo”; you can get information from their website: http://www.e-barbini.com.
In it, you can access a list of hotels, with their costs, location, phone numbers, and websites.

Extra night and extra participants costs: on the same page you will find the cost of the extra nights if you want to anticipate your trip or to stay for one more day.

Arrival and transfer to Tandil city

The moment you are finally enrolling, you should fill in the "Form of Transport [H1]" and send it by e-mail to Turismo Barbini - the travel agency which is in charge of participants’ transfer:

You are going to arrive at Ezeiza "Ministro Pistarini" International Aiport in Buenos Aires city.
We are going to be waiting for you with your assessor’s name written on a sign.
